मानव जगतलाई बदल्न प्रयोग गर्न सकिने महत्वपूर्ण हतियार शिक्षा हो । शिक्षाको माध्यमबाट मानिसको जीवन चेतनशील अर्थपूर्ण, एवं सरल बनाउन सकिन्छ। शिक्षाको माध्यमबाट मानिस ज्ञानी बन्न सक्छ। उद्यमशील बन्न ,स्वरोजगार बन्न ,समयमा उपयुक्त निर्णय लिन सक्ने बन्छ। आलोचनात्मक सोचाइद्वारा राम्रो र नराम्रो बीचको भिन्नता देखाउँछ र सो को अवलम्वन गर्दछ। समग्रमा भन्नु पर्दा शिक्षित मानिस वास्तविक मानव बन्न सक्छ। अहिले विश्व जगतले खोजेको मानव भनेको वुद्धिमान(Intelligent)मष्तिस्क भएको मानव मात्र नभएर कलात्मक(Artistic) मष्तिस्क भएको मानव हो। जसले जीवन र जगतमा आईपर्ने समस्यालाई रचनात्मक तरिकाबाट समाधान गर्न सकोस्। अब विश्वमा हरेक सेकेण्डमा विकास भईरहने ज्ञानको अगणितीय भण्डारलाई कलात्मक मष्तिस्क(Artistic Mind) भएको मानिसले मात्र चिन्न सक्छ। Intelligent Mind ले पुग्दैन ।
बहुआयामिक सम्भावना बोकेर विद्यालयमा प्रवेश गरेका, वास्तविक मानवीय गुण भएका बालवालिकालाई सिकाइको नाममा जवर्जस्त कुराहरु लादेर अब मानिसको जीवन बेकारको बनाउनु हुँदैन। हाम्रो पाठ्यक्रमको परिधिभित्र मात्र सीमित गराएर जीवन उपयोगी शिक्षा दिन सकिदैन । त्यस अर्थमा पनि यस श्री शिवदूती मा वि प्राप्चाबाट दिईने शिक्षा विशेष समय सापेक्ष छ र बढी रचनात्मक एवम् जीवन उपयोगी छ र हुनु पर्छ पनि। पारिवारिक वातावरणसहितको सुविधायुक्त कक्षाकोठा, कम्प्युटर ल्याब, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, आधुनिक सुविधा समपन्न भवन तथा प्रयाप्त खेल मैदान, पुस्तकालयमा पर्याप्त मात्रामा उपलब्ध पाठ्यपुस्तक तथा खेलकुदको माध्यमबाट बालबालिकाहरूले रमाई रमाई सिकिरहेका छन् । सबै शिक्षकहरू प्रशिक्षित तथा तालिम प्राप्त, दक्ष र अनुभवी हुनुहुन्छ। शैक्षिक सामाग्रीका श्रोत साधनले सुसज्जित र मिहिनेति पनि हुनुहुन्छ । यिनै उपलब्ध श्रोत साधनको उच्चतम् प्रयोगबाट सामुदायिक विद्यालयले पनि विश्व बजारमा प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्न सक्ने जनशक्ति यस श्री शिवदूती माध्यमिक विद्यालयले उत्पादन गर्न सक्छ भन्ने कुरामा म विश्वस्त छु ।
यस श्री शिवदूती माध्यमिक विद्यालयमा शैक्षिक सत्र २०७४ बाट प्राविधिक धारमा सिभिल ईन्जिनियरिङ विषयको पनि पठनपाठन हुँदै आइरहेको छ। यो विद्यालयले हासिल गरेका उच्चतम् उपलब्धि मध्येकै एक हो । अब यस क्षेत्रमा बसोबास गर्ने बालबालिकाहरुले आफ्नै घरमा बसेर उच्च गुणस्तरको प्राविधिक शिक्षा हासिल गरी आत्मनिर्भर बन्न सक्ने छन् । आफूले सिकेको प्राविधिक सीपले जीवनभर स्वरोजगार बन्न सक्ने छन्। एउटा संस्था कसैको एकल प्रयासबाट मात्र सञ्चान गर्न सकिँदैन। जिम्मेवार शिक्षक,लगनशील विद्यार्थी र सचेत अभिभावक तथा जवाफदेही प्रशासनको साझा प्रयासबाट मात्र विद्यालयले शिक्षाका राष्ट्रिय उदेश्य पूरा गर्न सक्छ। त्यसकारण म आफू मलाई तोकिएको जिम्मेवारीमा पूर्ण वफादार रही सम्बन्धित सबैपक्षलाई अहिले निर्वाह गर्दै आउनु भएको जिम्मेवारीमा अझ थप उर्जाशील बनि यस विद्यालयको सर्वोत्तम् हितको लागि काँधमा काँध मिलाएर लाग्न समेत आग्रह गर्दछु।
Education is the most powerful weapon that can be used to change the human world. Through education, human life can be rendered conscious, meaningful and simple. Education empowers an individual to become knowledgeable, entrepreneurial, self-employed, and capable of making timely, appropriate decisions. Through critical thinking, it shows the difference between good and bad and leads to adopting what is right. In essence, an educated person can become a true human being. What the world currently seeks is not just a human with an intelligent mind, but a human with an artistic mind-someone who can solve real-world problems through creative approaches. Only an artistic mind can navigate the infinite, rapidly expanding ocean of knowledge that evolves every second in the global arena. An intelligent mind alone is not enough.
Children enter school carrying multidimensional potential and genuine human qualities; their lives must not be ruined by forcefully imposing lessons in the name of learning. Life-oriented education cannot be imparted if we confine children strictly within the boundaries of a curriculum. In that sense, the education provided at Shree Shivaduti Secondary School, Prapcha, is particularly relevant to the times, highly creative, and practical-as it ought to be. Students learn joyfully through comfortable classrooms with a family-like environment, computer labs, science laboratories, modern well-equipped buildings, spacious playgrounds, well-stocked libraries and sports activities. All teachers are trained, skilled, experienced, well-equipped with educational resources and dedicated. I am fully confident that by maximizing the use of these available resources, our community school can produce a workforce capable of competing in the global market.
Starting from the academic year 2017 AD (2074 BS), Shree Shivaduti Secondary School introduced technical education in Civil Engineering-one of the highest achievements this institution has attained. Children residing in this area can now acquire high-quality technical education while staying at home, empowering them to become self-reliant and sustainably self-employed throughout their lives using their technical skills.
An institution cannot be run through the single-handed effort of one individual. It is only through the shared commitment of responsible teachers, diligent students, conscious parents, and an accountable administration that a school can achieve national educational goals. Therefore, while remaining fully loyal to my assigned responsibilities, I invite all stakeholders to bring renewed energy to their respective roles and stand shoulder to shoulder for the overall best interest of this school.
